Uma Darji M.D., Ibclc

Uma Darji, MD, IBCLC, is a dedicated physician currently practicing in Family Medicine since August 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical Faculty at ECU Physicians from August 2017 to 2019 and completing a residency in Family Medicine at East Carolina University from June 2014 to July 2017. Academically, Uma has a diverse background, having worked as a Pharmacology Course Tutor and Chief Harvey Tutor at American University, as well as holding various tutoring positions at Austin College. Additionally, Uma has contributed to research in new religious fields through a fellowship at the Lilly Fellowship of Theology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History, Religious Studies, and Political Science from Austin College.
