Brian Bigelow

Brian Bigelow is a seasoned professional in the field of addiction and crisis management, currently serving as a Jail MAT Case Manager at the Family Outreach Center since May 2023, where responsibilities include counseling opioid-addicted inmates and facilitating medical assisted treatment. Brian’s experience includes a role as a Crisis Manager at Hope Network, along with previous positions as a Case Manager at Exodus Place and Mel Trotter Ministries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Arts in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Grand Rapids Community College.
