May Chan

May Chan is an experienced professional with a solid background in management and human resources. Currently serving as the Metropolitan Centre Manager at Family Planning NSW since August 2013, May has also held the role of Human Resource Project Officer specializing in Change Management. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Project Manager (E-Learning) at Hong Kong Telecom in 2013 and an extensive period at American Express from 1996 to 2012 as a Customer Service Leader. May began the professional career as an Assistant Lecturer at the Vocational Training Council from 1986 to 1991. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management / Industrial Relations from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Employment Relations from Western Sydney University.
