Kelly Jones

Kelly Jones has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as a Medical Scheduler at Family Practice Associates since February 2020. In this position, Kelly schedules appointments and manages patient inquiries. Previous experience includes various roles at Arkansas Times from 2009 to the present, including Office Manager/Accounts Payable and Receptionist/Accounts Receivable/Advertising Sales Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed call management, mail distribution, and invoicing.
