Cecelia Serwell

Cecelia Serwell is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Outpatient and School-Based Therapist at the Family Service Association of Bucks County since August 2022, following a role as a Therapy Intern. Prior experience includes positions at Lenape Valley Foundation where Cecelia worked from November 2017 to March 2023 as the IBHS Administrative Coordinator and as Therapeutic Staff Support. Additional internships include a role at A Woman's Place from January 2022 to May 2022. Cecelia's earlier career included customer service roles such as a waitress at Anton's at the Swan and positions at LOFT BY ANN TAYLOR and Dunkin Donuts. Educationally, Cecelia holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, complemented by a high school diploma from Council Rock High School North.
