Scarlette Blair

Scarlette Blair is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in management and counseling. Currently serving as Manager III at Family Service Association of San Antonio, Inc. since April 2022, Scarlette previously held roles as Manager of Workforce and Financial Sustainability and Service Coordinator III within the same organization. With a background as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Herring Bank, Scarlette led a team focused on DDA operations and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes positions at First Data Retail ATM Services, where Scarlette implemented software solutions to enhance dispute processing, and Hastings Entertainment, where process improvements in reconciliation were achieved. Scarlette holds degrees in Finance from West Texas A&M University and Amarillo College.
