Jennifer Perkins Lmsw

Jennifer Perkins, LMSW, MBA, currently serves as a Clinical Therapist at Family Solutions and works as a Therapist at MINDFUL RECOVERY ADDICTION SPECIALIST, LLC and EAST TENNESSEE ADDICTION SPECIALISTS, providing support for individuals in recovery. Previously, in the role of Executive Director at FirstLight Home Care, Jennifer honed operational and financial oversight skills while fostering high-performing teams. As Chief Operating Officer for a Non-Profit Organization, responsibilities included supervising service programs and developing fundraising strategies for youth support. Additional experience includes crisis counseling at Youth Villages and service coordination at Helen Ross McNabb Center, where Jennifer ensured compliance with standards and supervised drug and alcohol programs. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, along with a Bachelor of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University.
