Amethyst del Pilar is an experienced Registered Behavioral Therapist and Technician, currently employed at the Family Support Center in Colorado since February 2019. Prior roles include serving as an ABA Instructor at The Manhattan Children's Center and as a Behavior Therapist at Butterfly Effects. Amethyst began professional involvement in the field with a position as a Conference Coordinator at the University of New Haven. Amethyst holds a Master's degree in Special Education with a focus on Behavioral Intervention from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, obtained in May 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile and Family Services from the University of New Haven, completed in May 2015. Education started at Lawrence Woodmere Academy, where Amethyst graduated high school in 2011.
