Kelsey Leonardsmith

Kelsey Leonardsmith is a Family Medicine Physician currently working at Minnesota Community Care. Prior to this, Kelsey held the position of Director of Child and Adolescent Transgender Hormone Care Program at Family Tree Clinic. Leonardsmith also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Family and Community Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Kelsey completed their Doctor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Vassar College.
