Jill Farnham has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Jill has held executive positions in several organizations, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Family Tree starting in 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance for Mile High United Way from 2015 to 2017. Jill also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless from 2013 to 2015 and for Family Tree from 2011 to 2013.
Before their work in the nonprofit sector, Jill had significant experience in real estate development. From 2004 to 2011, they served as the Executive Director of the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority, overseeing the transformation of the former Fitzsimons Army Medical Center into a major economic generator for Colorado. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2004, they held a dual role as the Director of Finance and Business Operations, as well as the Executive Director, for the same organization.
Jill has also worked in the private sector, serving as the Director of Finance for Western Equities Group from 1994 to 1997, and as the Director of Administration/Controller for Miller Development from 1988 to 1994. Jill began their career at Deloitte & Touche, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in their Emerging Business Services division from 1986 to 1988, and as a Tax Consultant from 1984 to 1986.
Jill Farnham attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a focus on Accounting.
