Tatum Moore

Tatum Moore is an experienced social work intern currently engaged in oncology social work at UCHealth, where outreach and supportive services are provided to patients experiencing distress from cancer diagnoses. At Family Tree, Tatum supports shelter clients by offering resources related to housing, mental health, and job searching while ensuring safety through emergency protocols. Previous roles include a Graduate Social Work Intern at Family Tree, assisting adult clients with case management, and a Referral Management Coordinator at Allina Health, focused on improving patient outcomes through care coordination.
