Jerry Sandiford

Jerry Sandiford, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner Team Manager at FamilyLife since October 2020. Jerry has a diverse background in HR management, including roles as Human Resources Manager at Advanced Ambulatory Surgery Center and Human Resources Specialist at Endeavors, where responsibilities included strategic planning, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management. Previous experience also encompasses advisory roles in human resources at CareerSource Central Florida and human resource generalist duties at Concord Management.
