Louise Skaarup

Louise Alling Skaarup is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Famly since January 2021, Louise focuses on enhancing collaboration between early years providers and families. Prior to this role, Louise was the Head of People & Development at Ganni A/S, where leadership and team management were key responsibilities. Previous positions include Head of HR at Gorm's, Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Reputation Institute, and Project Manager in Corporate Communication at Egmont. Louise holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication, Strategy & Organizational Change and Political Science from Roskilde University, complemented by studies at New York University.
