Nkamoheleng Mafethemane is a seasoned professional in talent and transformation with extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. Currently serving as the Talent and Transformation Officer at Famous Brands since March 2021, Nkamoheleng previously held multiple roles, including Learning and Development Administrator, Payroll & Benefits Administrator, and HR Graduate at Transaction Capital Recoveries from June 2018 to December 2020. Nkamoheleng began a career in human resources with a learnership at ICAS Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd from November 2017 to May 2018. Nkamoheleng holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management from North-West University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
