Hooman Mesgary

Hooman Mesgary is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Baloot since August 2024, Hooman also holds the position of Board Member at FanapTech and has been Chief Partnership and Investment Officer at Dotin since March 2013. Previous roles include Board Member at Baloot from September 2022 to September 2023, POD Fintech Director at FANAP, and Business Development Manager at FANAP, focusing on banking solutions and customer affairs. Hooman's educational background includes a Doctorate and Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tehran and Shahid Beheshti University, respectively, as well as advanced degrees in IT Engineering and Computer Engineering.
