Hella Staes has extensive experience in human resources and policy development, currently serving as HRBP talent development at FANC since September 2022, and as a bestuursmedewerker personeel en organisatie at Stad Lokeren since the same month. Previous roles include personnel officer at Koninklijk Museum voor Schone Kunsten Antwerpen and various positions focused on project management, social economy, and diversity consultancy. With a foundation in social legislation and coaching gained from Artevelde hogeschool and a strong academic background in environmental sciences and applied economics from Universiteit Antwerpen, Hella Staes combines a diverse skill set with a commitment to fostering organizational development and employee well-being.
