Vincent Nys

Vincent Nys has extensive experience in the nuclear sector, currently serving as a PMO in Management System & Strategic Plan at FANC since July 2012, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing the FANC management system, coordinating the strategic plan, and promoting knowledge management. Previously, as Section Head of Nuclear Security, Vincent Nys managed the review and approval of physical protection plans and security clearances. Vincent Nys also worked as a Project Leader at FANC from October 2007 to December 2011, focusing on radioactive waste regulations and safety analysis. Prior experience includes roles at AVN and Tractebel, where technical assessments and expert evaluations in nuclear safety and spent fuel management were conducted. Vincent Nys holds a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Physics from Université libre de Bruxelles and is pursuing further qualifications in Art History.
