David Spack

David Spack has extensive experience in compliance and risk management. David is the current Vice President of Compliance and Enterprise Risk at FanDuel, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at BlockFi from April 2019 to August 2023. David also worked as the Senior Compliance Advisor at BlockFi from October 2017 to April 2019, where they developed policies and procedures for the cryptocurrency lending business. David has also held compliance leadership roles at ConsenSys, Pinch, Bond Street, Funding Circle USA, Casey Securities, New Albion Partners, and FOG Equities. David has experience in designing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with business stakeholders. David's expertise in compliance and risk management spans across various industries and they are known for their comprehensive approach to ensuring regulatory compliance.

David Spack received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wesleyan University in 1999.
