Cindy Hayden

Cindy Hayden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in back office operations, particularly in the billing and collections sectors for utility clients. Currently serving as Site Manager at Faneuil Inc since May 2017, Cindy previously held similar managerial roles at Vertex Business Services from September 2001 to May 2017, overseeing outsourced operations and project deadlines. Prior experience includes Client Operations Manager at Alliance Data and System Administrator at Orcom Solutions, focusing on service delivery and process management. Early in Cindy's career, training roles were undertaken at KN Energy, where training programs for customer service were developed. Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Agribusiness from Chadron State College.
