Chryssa C. Halley

Chryssa Halley is the Chief Financial Officer at Fannie Mae since 2010. Chryssa has held various titles within the company, including SVP, Controller, SVP, Deputy Controller, VP and Assistant Controller of Capital Markets & Operations, and Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Chryssa worked at Freddie Mac as a Director from 1992 to 2005. Chryssa Halley graduated from The Andrews School in 1984 and went on to attend St. Mary's College of Maryland.
