Dave Nicholson

Dave Nicholson is a seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Accounting Policy at Fannie Mae since May 2012, Nicholson has previously held the position of Senior Director at CapitalSource from July 2004 to April 2012 and worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1997 to July 2004. Nicholson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1997.
