Jeff Margolis

Jeff Margolis serves as the President of Maroon Creek LLC, providing operational and strategic advisory services with a focus on capitalization, corporate finance, M&A, and governance for early to mature companies since January 2012. Margolis holds board and advisory positions in various organizations, including Velostics, Andino Chemicals Group, and Fannin Innovation Studio, demonstrating expertise in innovation across shipping, chemical distribution, and life sciences. Previous roles include Co-Founder and COO of Attend Behavior, Inc. and leadership positions at NanoMedical Systems, EminentWare LLC, and Psychological Software Solutions, contributing to the commercialization of advanced technologies. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Symantec/BindView Corp. Margolis holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Houston and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
