A good colleague for me at FanSquad would be someone who takes ownership of the company's success and is dependable in order to see it succeed. In an environment where everyone has a stake in FanSquad, every colleague needs to be not just mission-driven, but a customer-centric one and focused on resolving the customer's problems, not our own. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others. They should also have an ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to challenges. Finally, they should be proactive and take initiative to come up with ideas that can help improve the company.

Communication one-to-one is what I prefer to do since I believe it is the best way to truly understand the team as a whole. Proactiveness helps to steer company discussions in such a way that they benefit the greater whole of the company as a whole. This approach also allows me to get an insight into the individual perspectives and needs of each of my team members. It helps me to create an environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration among the team. This in turn allows us to create innovative solutions to difficult problems.
