Lisa Murphy

Lisa Murphy has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Lisa is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Fantastic Furniture, a position they have held since November 2019. Before this, they served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Guardian Childcare & Education from July 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, Lisa worked at Dyson, first as the APAC HR Projects Lead from October 2017 to April 2018, and then as the Head Of Human Resources at Dyson ANZ from September 2016 to September 2017. Lisa also had multiple roles at Dyson from April 2014 to August 2016, including APAC HR Project Lead, Customer Service Director, and Head of Human Resources ANZ. Before joining Dyson, Lisa worked at Woolworths Limited from February 2008 to August 2013, holding various HR management positions, including HR Manager - Corporate Services and BTS, HR Manager - Supermarket Strategic Projects, National HR Manager - Supermarket Operations, and Corporate Planning and Resourcing Manager. Their achievements at Woolworths include implementing a new Metrics system and developing a corporate resourcing strategy.

Lisa Murphy attended the University of Sydney from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations and Psychology. Later, from 2002 to 2006, they pursued further education at MGSM, earning a Graduate Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
