Paolo Buratto

Paolo Buratto has over 35 years of work experience in various HR and IT roles. Paolo currently serves as the Group Head of HR & IT at FANTIC MOTOR S.P.A., a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, Paolo worked as the Group Personnel Director at Maschio Gaspardo Group from April 2020 to March 2021. From May 2011 to March 2020, they were the Chief HR and IT Officer at Marelli Motori. Paolo also served as the Group HR Director at Campagnolo S.r.l. from May 2007 to May 2011. Before that, they were the Division HR Director at ZF Group from September 1999 to April 2007. Paolo began their career as an HR Generalist at Aprilia SpA in February 1991 and worked there until August 1999. Paolo started their professional journey as an HR specialist and IT responsible at Perseo S.r.l. in January 1986 and held the position until January 1991.

Paolo Buratto began their education with a high school degree in Electrical Engineering from ITIS G. Marconi - PD, which they obtained from 1976 to 1981. Paolo then pursued a specialization in Industrial Engineering and Work Organization from ITIS G. Marconi Padova and Padova University in 1983. Following this, they earned a degree with honors in Psychology of Work from Università degli Studi di Padova, studying from 1984 to 1988. Paolo further enhanced their education by completing a Master's degree in Psychology of Work and Organizational Psychology from Perseo S.r.l. between 1988 and 1990. Finally, they enrolled in SDA Bocconi & Aprilia S.p.A. for specialization in Business Administration, completing it from 1995 to 1996.
