Mark Eger

Mark Eger has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Fapco, Inc. since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing packaging operations responsible for $12 million in annual sales and overseeing a workforce of over 75 employees. Prior to this role, Eger was the Fabrication Manager at Aacoa from September 2006 to October 2016, overseeing aluminum manufacturing operations. Eger began their career at Modineer Co., where from July 1996 to August 2006, responsibilities included managing manufacturing processes for steel components. Eger pursued studies in Business/Managerial Economics at Indiana University South Bend from 2014 to 2015 and completed high school at Buchanan High School from 1980 to 1984.
