Inayara Araujo Martins is a postdoctoral researcher at FAPERJ since December 2021, with extensive experience in food science and technology. Previously, Martins worked at Embrapa Agroindústria de Alimentos as a researcher from January 2015 to July 2020, focusing on the development of nutritious food and beverages using High Hydrostatic Pressure and High-Pressure Homogenization technologies, alongside conducting microbiological, physicochemical, and nutritional analyses. Early career experiences include quality control internships at Soma Industria e Comércio de Alimentos Ltda. and Godvia Alimentos Ltda., where responsibilities involved quality assurance of raw materials and product analysis. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Sudeste de Minas. Currently, Martins is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
