Roland Kis

Roland Kis is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Junior System Administrator at Faptic Technology, where responsibilities include hardware and software provisioning, PowerShell scripting, IT infrastructure management, and user management within Microsoft EntraID. Prior to this role, Roland worked at Endava as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, gaining expertise in ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools, and user management with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Roland pursued further education, obtaining an AZ-900 certification and studying for the CompTIA A+ certification, while also gaining exposure to various Linux distributions. Previously, Roland worked as a Customer Service Specialist at the family-owned Profallcopy Center. Roland holds a Master’s degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Babes-Bolyai University, along with a High School Diploma from Liceul Teoretic "Gheorghe Sincai" Cluj-Napoca.
