Cait Monette

Caitlin Monette has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Caitlin currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Operations at the Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA) since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Metavention, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where they held the roles of Clinical Project Manager and Senior Clinical Research Associate. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate II at Johnson & Johnson. Prior to that, they worked at Torax Medical, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, serving as a Clinical Research Associate II and Clinical Data Coordinator. Caitlin also worked at the Minnesota Epilepsy Group as a Research Assistant/Back-up Study Coordinator from 2011 to 2014, and at the Memorial Blood Centers as a Clinical Lab Scientist II from 2010 to 2011. Caitlin'searly career started at Dunn Bros Coffee, where they worked as a Barista from 2005 to 2008.

Caitlin Monette obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Cellular Development from the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they received an Associate degree in Arts from Inver Hills Community College from 2005 to 2007. In November 2014, they obtained the CCRC certification from the ACRP - Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
