Karen Belson

Karen Belson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in payroll and benefits management. Currently serving as Payroll and Benefits Manager at Farah & Farah since October 2022, Karen previously held the role of Sr. Accountant/Payroll Manager at the law offices of Farah and Farah from February 2018 to October 2022. Karen's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant to the Comptroller at The Episcopal Diocese of Florida, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll for 42 churches, benefit administration, and bank reconciliations. Additional roles include Payroll/HRIS Specialist at Regency Centers and Payroll/HRIS Administrator at The Children's Home Society of Florida, where responsibilities included payroll and benefits administration for over 2,000 staff. Karen holds a general diploma from Terry Parker High School and has furthered education at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
