Andre Gronke

Andre Gronke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andre currently holds the position of Head of Global Engineering at Farasis Energy, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lebensgestaltung für Ingenieure as a Coach and Mentor for Personal Development, Lifelong Learning, and Coachings for Engineers, starting in 2017.

From 2018 to 2021, Andre worked at A123 Systems, initially as a Manager Engineering Europe and later as a Senior Manager Engineering Europe. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing customer interaction, product development, and implementation of various systems related to the automotive industry.

Before joining A123 Systems, Andre worked at Deutsche Accumotive GmbH & Co. KG from 2011 to 2018. Andre held the position of Clusterleiter: Systems Engineering & Embedded Systems from 2014 to 2018 and previously served as Product Safety Manager/Deputy Team Leader from 2011 to 2014.

Andre Gronke attended Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Informationstechnologie. Prior to that, they studied Informatik at Technische Universität Dresden from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Andre Gronke has obtained certifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master from THE SOCIETY OF NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING USA in July 2019, and as an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Expert from a Certified Coach: Expert in OKRs, alignment, and measurement institution.
