Ahu Buyukkusoglu Serter

Ahu Buyukkusoglu Serter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ahu serves as a Board Member at TAYSAD Taşıt Araçları Tedarik Sanayicileri Derneği and Şişecam since 2023 and 2022 respectively. Ahu is also the Founder of Fark Labs, an entrepreneurship platform they established in 2019. Prior to that, Ahu was the Founder and President of F Plus Ventures, a company they started in 2016. In 2013, they founded Arya Women's Investment Platform, an organization focused on investing in and mentoring women-led entrepreneurship. Additionally, they served as the President of FARPLAS Automotive Systems, leading business development, strategy, and finance from 2002. Ahu also founded and led Farform Automotive and served as a Board Member at FAREL White goods systems/parts. In the hospitality industry, Ahu is the Founder and CEO of Casa Dell'Arte Hotel of Arts & Leisure, which offers a unique art-hotel concept. Ahu also established FARKULTUR Cultural and Art Activities, which includes the first art residency program in Turkey.

Ahu Buyukkusoglu Serter earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, from 2023 to 2028. Prior to this, they completed a Global Advance Management Program at IE Business School in 2019. In 2017, they attended the Executive program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ahu also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Investment Management from Pace University, obtained from 1998 to 2000. Ahu completed their undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management at Bilkent University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree between 1993 and 1996. Ahu completed their high school education at Oakwood High School before attending Istanbul Erkek Lisesi from 1984 to 1991.
