Richard Cozzatti

Richard Cozzatti has extensive work experience in the HVAC industry. Richard started their career in 1994 as an HVAC service technician at Trade Winds HVAC Service Corp, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined Boston Properties as an HVAC engineer, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Transwestern as a Lead Building Engineer, and they are currently working as the Chief Engineer at Farley White Interests since September 2020.

Richard Cozzatti attended the Bay State School of Technology from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (HVACR). Additionally, they hold certifications in Ma refrigeration license and OSHA 10.
