David Jones

David has an extensive background in business systems analysis and process improvement, with a focus on automation using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. With experience in leading automation teams and consulting on Genesys Call Center Environment projects, David is also well-versed in testing configurations and reporting on claims data. David holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chattanooga State Community College, and has completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.
