Michelle Roberts

Michelle Roberts has over eight years of customer service experience, currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho since June 2018. In addition, Michelle has been a Bank Teller at Idaho Central Credit Union since March 2015. Previous roles include Front Desk at Dr. Glen Randell from November 2014 to March 2015 and Manager at Papa Murphy's from August 2005 to October 2014. Michelle holds two Associate's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Business/Commerce from Brigham Young University - Idaho, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
