Brian Rock

Brian Rock, MAI, SRA has a diverse work experience in the real estate and appraisal industry. Brian served as the Head of Collateral Operations at Farm Credit Mid-America from February 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Collateral Rural 1st from September 2020 to February 2023. From December 2018 to September 2020, they held the position of Assistant Vice President Appraisal Management Services at the same company. Before joining Farm Credit Mid-America, Brian worked as a Collateral Analyst Fee Services at the company from October 2014 to December 2018, specializing in farms, agribusiness, and capital markets, with primary markets in Kentucky and licenses in Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana.

Brian is also the President and Certified General Real Property Appraiser at Rock Value Solutions, Inc. where they worked from May 2006 to October 2014. Additionally, they have prior experience at All County Realty from May 1998 to October 2014, where they worked as an Appraiser, Realtor, and Development Assistant.

Brian Rock, MAI, SRA has a diverse education history that includes both undergraduate and graduate studies. In 1995, they began their undergraduate education at Spalding University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Brian completed their undergraduate studies in 1998.

Prior to their undergraduate studies, Brian attended the University of Louisville from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Art and Communications. Although they did not obtain a degree during this time, it provided him with a foundation in these subjects.

After working in the field for several years, Brian decided to pursue further education and enrolled at Florida International University - College of Business in 2016. Brian completed their Master of Science International Real Estate degree in 2017, further enhancing their expertise in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Brian has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, followed by the MAI designation in 2014. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and commitment to excellence in real estate appraisal.
