Shannon Oakley

Shannon Oakley, MBA, serves as a Quality Specialist and previously held the role of Client Relations Specialist at Farm Credit Mid-America since March 2021. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Grant Accountant for Louisville Metro Government in early 2021. Shannon’s extensive background includes experience as Controller overseeing Accounting, Operations, Information Technology, and Human Resources at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg, Realtors® from 2014 to 2018, and as Business Manager at St. Paul - St. Joe Hill Sellersburg from 2009 to 2013. Earlier career roles also include Branch Manager at MainSource Bank for a year in 2008-2009. Shannon holds an MBA in Business from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington, along with an Academic Diploma from Paoli Jr & Sr High School.
