Brian Welch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical account management. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Account Manager at HealthSherpa since July 2021, Welch focuses on bridging key client relationships and internal teams to enhance business development and sales strategy. Previously, Welch held various management roles, including Customer Service Manager at Farm Fresh To You and Capay Organic, where operations across five states were effectively managed.
