Neily Messerschmidt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Partner Development Manager at Farm Fresh To You and Capay Organic since March 2015, Neily has previously held roles including Business Partnerships Manager and Sales Representative, focusing on the Orange County market. Previously, Neily acted as Treasurer for the Laguanitas school LEAP Board and held the Finance and Operations Manager position at California Screenprint, Inc., where significant improvements were made in processes, customer relationships, and cash flow. Neily also founded and served as CEO of Pure Manufacturing Co. LLC, achieving the development of innovative products and successful marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Tektronix International Sales GmbH and Sony UK Ltd., where significant revenues were generated and operations managed across EMEA and beyond.
