Lilian Daylac

Lilian Daylac has over 35 years of experience in administrative and operational roles across various organizations, including Farmacon Global, Sanofi Genzyme, GlaxoSmithKline, and multiple consulates. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Farmacon Global since February 2021, Lilian supports the leadership team in strategic projects and operational processes. Previously, as an Executive Assistant to the President at Sanofi Genzyme, Lilian coordinated complex meetings and managed key deliverables for multiple executives. Additional roles have included managing administrative and financial operations in Latin America for Sanofi Genzyme and GlaxoSmithKline, and supporting legal departments in various capacities. Lilian holds degrees in History and Hebrew Language from Machon Grinberg Jerusalem and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
