Heather Glassman

Heather Glassman has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Heather recently joined Farmer's Business Network, Inc. in December 2021 as an Agricultural Credit Analyst, where they review borrower submitted information, analyzes financial data, and ensures compliance with credit policies. Prior to that, Heather worked at Investors Community Bank as a Senior Agricultural Credit Analyst from August 2017. In this role, they managed a $400 million loan portfolio and collaborated with Loan Officers and Loan Coordinators. Before that, Heather served as an Agri Finance Specialist at Countryside Cooperative, where they managed an $11 million loan portfolio and established customer relationships. Heather also worked at Pigeon Falls State bank as an Agricultural Banking Associate, supporting the loan process and collecting financial records. Heather's early career included a role as a Juvenile Probation Officer at LaPorte County Circuit Court, where they performed courtroom duties and recommended dispositions based on case information.

Heather Glassman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Park and Recreation Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In July 2019, they also obtained the Agricultural Lending School Certification from the American Bankers Association.
