Kumud Kokal

Kumud Kokal is the current Chief Information Officer at Farmer's Business Network. Kumud has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Human Resources Technology. Prior to joining Farmer's Business Network, Kumud served as Vice President Information Technology at Stitch Fix from October 2018 to October 2021. In this role, Kumud led the definition and execution of the strategy for integrated HR Technology road map focusing on end-to-end user experience. Kumud also reduced overall HR Technology spend by consolidating the application footprint from on-premise to SaaS solutions.

Before Stitch Fix, Kumud was Head of Business Systems at Airbnb from September 2014 to September 2018. In this role, Kumud was responsible for leading a team of engineers and analysts to design, build, and maintain business-critical systems that scale to support Airbnb's rapidly growing business.

Kumud has extensive experience in implementing enterprise wide systems, including Core HR (Workday, PeopleSoft), Talent Management (ADP/Virtual Edge, Authoria, Taleo), Learning Management (Plateau) and Incentive Compensation (Callidus). Kumud has a proven track record in delivering successful technology implementations for multimillion-dollar M&A deals.

Kumud Kokal has a Master of Computer Applications from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University. Kumud specializes in computer science and accounting.

Kumud Kokal reports to Amol Deshpande, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Ed Rowe - CTO, Eric Carnell - Chief Legal Officer, and Allison Hopkins - Chief People Officer.
