RJ Simonian has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they serve as the Principal Product Manager for Growth at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., where they lead the Growth function with a farmer-first mindset. Prior to this role, RJ worked as a Senior Product Manager at MasterClass from 2020 to 2022. RJ also gained valuable experience at VSCO®, serving as a Senior Product Manager in various roles, including Growth & Monetization and Core Creation. During their time at VSCO®, RJ successfully launched and expanded the subscription service, acquiring over 1 million paid members in the first year. Before joining VSCO®, RJ worked as a Group Product Manager at Pandora and as a Senior Product Manager at Adobe, where they played a key role in driving the strategy and execution of product roadmaps. Earlier in their career, RJ held leadership positions at Waterfall Mobile, Fathom Online, Terra Lycos, and Hotwired/Wired Digital, contributing to various aspects such as product management, client services, media planning, and sales operations.
