Karen Johannesmeyer

Karen Johannesmeyer (Moyer) is a Strategic Finance & Analytics Director at Farmers Insurance, where Karen leads the Strategy Execution Team. With a background in data science and analytics, Karen has been instrumental in driving strategic business initiatives and crafting transformative enterprise-wide strategies. Prior to their current role, Karen held leadership positions at Erie Insurance Group and IP Services, Inc., where Karen honed their skills in data-driven insights, analytical solutions, and fraud detection. Karen holds a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with additional minors in Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, English, and History from Waynesburg University.
