Stephanie Lerg

Stephanie Lerg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and management, currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales at Farmers Insurance since March 2012. Over the years, Stephanie has held several key positions at Farmers Insurance, including Change Management & Strategic Execution Manager, Functional Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Insurance Sales Agent, among others. Prior experience includes roles at Metro Health as a Business Support Assistant, GreatCall as a Retail Channel Account Manager, and Alltel Communication in various sales and management capacities. Stephanie is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree at Franklin University and holds a Master's degree in Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Accounting from Central Michigan University.
