David Ayala

David Ayala has a strong background in the banking industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. David started their career at Wells Fargo in 2003, where they served as a Vice President and was responsible for managing retail sales and service functions. David then moved on to Union Bank in 2014, where they continued to serve as a Vice President and was responsible for managing activities in a branch office. In 2018, they joined City National Bank as a Vice President, where they managed all functions of a Retail Branch and focused on client-driven sales and service. In 2020, they joined Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach as a First Vice President, overseeing the development and implementation of change improvements across multiple branches. In addition to their work in banking, David also has experience in the public sector, serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Santa Fe Springs and as a Board Member for the Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association. David is currently a Vice Chairman for the City of Santa Fe Springs. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated a commitment to building a customer-centric culture, implementing effective management strategies, and driving sales and profitability.
