Frank Coleman

Frank Coleman, CPA has over 30 years of experience in various financial roles. Frank started their career at KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager, where they managed audit relationships for financial institutions and received national awards of excellence. Frank then moved to Wellman as a Financial Reporting Manager and later joined Coltec Industries Inc. as a Director of Financial Accounting. At Coltec Industries, they managed financial consolidation, management reporting, and public reporting activities. Frank then worked at KPMG as a Director of Risk & Advisory Services, where they sold and delivered general management consulting services to financial institutions. Frank was also selected to be part of a project team that assisted Deutsche Bank with their IPO process. Frank then joined Bank of America as a Manager of Regulatory Reporting, responsible for implementing a regulatory reporting software package and redesigning internal controls. Frank later worked at Wells Fargo as a Senior Audit Manager, where they developed and managed the annual audit plan and built relationships with clients. Currently, Frank is employed at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach as the SVP, Chief Auditor. In this role, they have rebuilt the audit function and manages a team of professionals.

Frank Coleman, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. Frank has also obtained two additional certifications: Certified Public Accountant (North Carolina) and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
