Brian Farley

Brian Farley, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Brian has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in human resources.

Starting in 2006, Brian began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Kum & Go, where they gained experience in recruitment, payroll, and labor law compliance.

Moving on, they worked as an Office Assistant and Runner at Dutton, Braun, Staack & Hellmen, P.L.C., where they supported attorneys and staff with clerical work and case investigation.

In 2007, Brian joined EFCO as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on benefit administration and immigration management. Brian also took on the role of an Immigration Specialist, handling visa petitions and research.

Brian then progressed to Affiliates Management Company (AMC) in 2010. Here, they served as a Human Resources Consultant, contributing in areas such as benefits administration, compensation, and legal compliance. Brian later became a Human Resources Manager, leading HR operations and developing compensation principles.

The most recent position held by Brian is being the Assistant Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance. Brian began this role in June 2017, taking charge of strategic oversight of compensation and benefits.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing HR teams, developing staff, and overseeing HR functions such as payroll, employee relations, and HRIS systems.

Brian Farley, SPHR completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa from 2006 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources.
