Brian Kroboth

Brian Kroboth, MBA, serves as the Assistant Vice President and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Farmers National Bank of Canfield since June 2014. With extensive experience in recruitment and staffing, Brian previously held roles as a Recruiter and Banking Officer at Accountemps and as a Staffing Manager at Ajilon. Earlier in Brian's career, significant contributions were made as a Sales Analyst at Berry, where commission calculations and compensation plans for sales teams were developed and implemented. Brian's background also includes management positions at Giant Eagle and experience in food service operations with the Akron Aeros. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sports Management from Ohio University.
