Lina Dechiara

Lina deChiara is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service within the technology sector. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at Parsons Corporation since September 2023 and an IT Support Specialist at Farmers Restaurant Group since March 2023. Previously, Lina spent five years at Apple, transitioning from a Technical Specialist to a Technical Expert, where commendable troubleshooting abilities and product knowledge led to timely repairs and enhanced customer experiences. Prior to this, Lina was a Product Zone Specialist at Apple and managed operations at Capri Restaurant from 2000 to 2006. Lina holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Grand Canyon University and has recently completed a Foundations in Project Management course at Google Creative Campus.
